Management Center
Overview of how Management Center is used together with Control.
This page gives a short overview of how Management Center is used together with Fortified ID Control.
The Control Management Center application is product-specific and manages Control only. It follows the same Management Center platform model as other Fortified ID products, but the available configuration depends on the product.

Main areas
Section titled “Main areas”Management
Section titled “Management”The Management area is used for product-level administration of Control. This includes information and actions such as license status, product version, upgrades, logs, runtime status, and operational information.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”The Configuration area is where administrators manage Control-specific configuration such as Forms, API endpoints, Schedules, Pipes, and related settings. It can also include shared platform configuration such as language files, global settings, and module handling.
Managing files directly
Section titled “Managing files directly”The alternative to using Management Center is to manage Control directly on the filesystem. Configuration is edited as JSON files in a text editor, while logs, upgrade files, certificates, and folder structure are handled with the file management tools available for the deployment platform.
