Add an information dialog box to the password reset UI.

If you would like, you can add an information box to the UI. See the screenshot below.

The information box is added using extended language files. Note that if you have three languages, you need to do this in three language files.

The screenshot above, where we have the text "Click link below for" and a hyperlink to "Company password policy", would look like the example below in the en.json file.
