Enroll OATH hardware tokens

This module sets up a web application in which a logged in user can enroll authentiation tokens, using OATH hardware.

Requires the Token Database Module. Requires authentication.

Configuration

The module is configured as a Resource Module. When configured as below

the application is served from the address

http://<host>:8080/enrollment/oathhw/app
