You can install Fortified ID products on Windows through Management Center or with PowerShell scripts.

Windows is a platform choice. Choose whether the product should be installed and managed through Management Center or installed directly on the host with PowerShell scripts.

  1. Management Center
    Use this when you want Management Center to handle installation, upgrades, configuration, and monitoring for Fortified ID products.
  2. Script
    Use this when you want to install or upgrade Fortified ID products directly on the Windows host with PowerShell scripts.

Script installation

Section titled “Script installation”
  1. Download JRE and Artifact
    Complete this step only if you do NOT have internet access from the target Windows server.
    If you have internet access SKIP this step and go to step 2.

  2. If you have internet access or have completed step 1, then it is time to install.
