SAML Broker
A SAML broker is sometimes also referred to as an IdP proxy.
Fortified ID can act as a SAML Broker (sometimes also referred to as an IdP proxy). Examples could be acting as a SAML Broker between different SAML SPs and external IdPs such as eIDAS, Google, Microsoft Entra or different national eIDs via 3rd party provider.
An SAML Broker is a middleman or intermediary in a SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) authentication flow. It sits between the identity provider (IdP) and multiple service providers (SPs), managing the authentication and assertion process on behalf of users.
