CEF logging
Common Event Format (CEF) events generated by the Token service
CEF events will by default be written to the event.log file.
TOK_000000 - Token validation success
TOK_000001 - User has no valid tokens
TOK_000002 - Failed to validate OTP
TOK_000003 - Successfully imported PSKC file
TOK_000004 - Failed to import PSKC file
TOK_000005 - Successfully deleted PSKC file
